SHIPPING

How long after ordering is my order shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we’ll send your item via USPS Priority Mail once production is complete.

Which carrier do you use?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

How long does it take to arrive?
Our products ship from our USA or Netherlands factories, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • USA: Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada: Within 3-10 business days
  • Europe: Within 2-5 business days
  • Australia/NZ: Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: Within 5-20 business days

I didn’t receive my order
Please email us at info@galgiftables.com with your order number from the confirmation email or SMS. We’ll help track down your order.

Can I pay extra to get my item quicker?
All items are made to order and take 1-3 business days to produce. You can select Express shipping to have your item shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the USA. This will reduce delivery time once the item is ready.

What about customs fees/taxes?
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, including labeling packages for customs. Please be aware that changes to EU customs regulations may mean you’re charged VAT upon delivery. Any customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Shipping Insurance (Package Protection)
We offer shipping insurance at checkout, provided by GalGiftables. This covers your item in case it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact us at info@galgiftables.com. Note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.


PRODUCT PROTECTION

Some of our products include optional Product Protection, allowing you to claim if your item becomes damaged or defective within 2 years of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Coverage Period: 2 years from date of purchase
  • What’s Covered:
    • Damaged Pendant
    • Damaged Chain
    • Stone Repair: Replacement or Fixes
    • Tarnished Jewelry
  • Exclusions: Lost or stolen items are not covered.

Additional Terms:

  • Includes one replacement/repair per covered product.
  • For any defects, please send a clear image of the defective item to info@galgiftables.com. We’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
  • The damaged item must be returned at the customer’s expense before a replacement is sent.
  • If an item is discontinued, we’ll replace it with a similar item of equal or higher value.

Please note, product protection is non-refundable once the order has shipped.


CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start production as soon as possible, so cancellations may only be possible if production hasn’t begun. Please contact info@galgiftables.com to check if a cancellation or change is possible, and include your reason for the request.

My item is damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@galgiftables.com with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Can I return my purchase?
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you have concerns, contact info@galgiftables.com within 30 days of purchase. Personalized items may incur a deduction from the refund, as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.

My item looks different from the online listing
This is rare, but sometimes our listings use life-like renderings for accuracy, which may appear slightly different in person. If your item shows a defect, please email info@galgiftables.com with photos and your order ID for review.
